I do hope they could expand as an miso museum though - it would be a really good addition to the area. I wish to learn about misos history while shopping and drinking it.

They also have a wide range of miso to choose from if you are looking to buy. Can sample before buying. Great to buy for home use or as a souvenir. Do not miss it. You won’t regret it!"
