Reviews Summary

ChaCha Futatsume is celebrated for its visually stunning and multi-layered Matcha Mont Blanc cone, offering a unique and entertaining dessert experience. While many appreciate the artistry and the live preparation, some find the taste to be average for the price, and the limited seating makes it primarily a takeaway spot.

"It could be not your cup of tea so read the ingredients before purchasing
I didnt know about this store, just randomly walking around and found it. It is a huge cone and many layers. For me, i loved it. The different layers gave me new experience each time and the cone was so crunchy.
The view outside is great too to take pictures"

Nhi Lai

"¥1.400 for the famous dessert. A little expensive for what it is.
The idea is really nice, a cone not only with ice and the matcha pure, but full of layers. However it was missing a little in taste for me (personally I think if the cake inside had more moisture from the lemon marmelade it would already make some difference).
For the experience and fotos is very nice, all for the social medias. The service was good and attendants were very friendly."

Estela Mayra

"The overall quality of the food was quite average, maybe even a little below expectations. Watching the ice cream being made is entertaining and adds a bit of novelty, but when it comes to the actual taste and the value for money, there’s definitely a lot of room for improvement.

I understand that the owner probably needs to price it higher to cover costs and maintain the equipment, but given the rather steep price and the lack of any real “wow” factor, it feels more like a one-time experience. Interesting to try once, but not something I’d return for."
