"We went this place on 27th March at 8 AM. Unfortunately we were not able to see the sea of clouds. It is said that from November to March is the best time to visit this place but it completely depends on your luck. We heard from the local that the best time is November. Although we can not see the sea of clouds but the normal castle view and the city view is also not bad. If you are planning to visit this place please visit around 7AM. Otherwise you may not able to see the clouds."

We arrived at about 7:15am, lucked out (apparently there had been nothing to see on the previous day!), and thoroughly enjoyed spending 90 minutes watching the scene evolve, with the castle periodically appearing, disappearing and reappearing above the mist.
