"Worth a visit id you are staying around toyama station. You can explore the place without paying any money if you are trying to be thrifty. The exhibits cost money starting from top floor and working your way down. Otherwise, its a unique and well used library as I saw students and seniors using it to read or study. You can spend as little as 30m here or, if you pay for the exhibit, 1-2hrs here depending on if you read the glass piece descriptions the exhibit. Do beware that theres a mix of photos allowed, flash allowed, or sns posting allowed or not."
