"I had an incredible experience at Toyama Airport on 30/9/2025. After arriving by bus from Toyama Station, I realized I had lost my wallet before even checking in. I was quite stressed. The staff at the airport immediately approached me and asked if something was wrong. When I explained my situation, they quickly verified the bus details and contacted the bus station staff without hesitation. They found my wallet still on the bus. I was worried I might not get it back before my flight, but the staff reassured me with a warm smile and told me not to worry as they ensured I received it before boarding. Fortunately, I got my wallet back before my flight from Toyama to Haneda, Tokyo.
I like to thank the staff at Toyama Airport and Toyama Station for their professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. They went above and beyond in assisting me, and I truly appreciate their help. I highly recommend Toyama Airport for its outstanding service and caring staff.

"It's a very small local airport but it had everything needed for an airport. The toilets are Japanese standard clean, and there's even a sushi shop that is decent. Take note that the airport limousine bus is not like the ones from Narita or Haneda - they are just regular buses, so don't expect dedicated luggage storage under the bus carriage."
