I mainly walked around the zoo and somehow also managed to finish the natural museum and the botanical zone as well. Overall, it was impressive, considering the very cheap price (600 yen for adult).
- Zoo: huge, plenty of space to walk around. However, I noticed some animals were not visible in the cage (e.g. Polar bear: no reasons given; Emu: due to bird influenza; Wallaby: no reasons given; etc.) or only one of the herd was visible (e.g. Hippo, Orangutan, Chimpanzee, Serval, etc.)
- Museum: nicely arranged.
- Botanical zone: the green house was under arrangement, and most of the flower exhibits (e.g. Monet pond, Lily, etc.) is empty due to the seasonal reasons.
Notes: I did not visit the amusement park zone."
