"This park is old and has a historic interest. Kasumi gaura is huge. A big wind mill and water mill will give you the feel of Europe.
If you visit in proper season you can see tulips , lotus and wisteria. There is a small museum, and aquarium. Museum has collections of butterflies and insects.
We went there with our friends and spent a nice and quiet afternoon.
If you are going there with private car there is plenty of parking lots.
This place is only 3 km away from Tsuchiura Station."
