Reviews Summary

Visitors rave about the excellent cycling facilities, particularly the dedicated flat bike paths and the comprehensive post-ride amenities like showers and assembly areas. The reasonable bike rentals are a major plus. However, some find the shower facilities lack basic toiletries and require exact change, and international visitors may face hurdles with emergency contact requirements for rentals.

"Shower and changing room for cyclists, located at B1 floor, access through elevator with your bike.
After the ride, I used this facility, parked my bike in the parking(for free for an hour) then paid 300yen at the vending machine to get the coin and incert that coin to another machine to get access to the room.No time limitation for use. Man and woman separated.
Inside, lockers and shower booths only. No towels nor shampoo/soap. So bring your own!
There was a hair dryer but no trash bins. Open as early as 5am late as 1am. The lockers for your backpack is located outside this room."

"Very good experience! I got Road Bicycle (Carbon Merida) for a very reasonable price. I got a trip of 22 km to the bridge and back (44 km total). All the way it is dedicated bicycle road with flat asphalt. It was my first time on a road bike and it was a very good experience."
