The air on the temple grounds was so refreshing in the summer, and the lush greenery created an atmosphere truly befitting its nickname, the "Kamakura of Shinshu." We were also permitted to enter the main hall, and I was genuinely moved by its solemn beauty.

Upon entering via the gate from the main road, you will walk through a short street lined up with stores and soba restaurants before climbing up a bit to the temple. The grounds are not big but the main hall is quite stunning.
