"This free park is outstanding during the Cherry Blossom season! There are food stalls, games and drinks for the whole family! The night view of the Sakura is also amazing! We enjoyed a lot!
You can walk about 10 mins to the park from the Ueda train station or take a 5min bus ride there. I’m not sure how to get back by bus.
You can go up the castle turret for a fee. Clean bathrooms are available inside. There’s a souvenir shop in front of the main entrance but it closes early."
