"Towering over the busy Yokohama port this larger structure allows 360 degree views of Yokohama. Purchase a ticket for 1300¥ and head up to the second level. The ride up will take about 1 minute. Have a walk and a look and take a few photos. You need to use the stairs to move between the two upper levels. On your way down you are greeted by a gift shop."

That said, the tower itself isn’t very tall or expansive. If you've already experienced the nearby Landmark Tower—with its much higher viewpoint—this might feel a bit underwhelming. The extra cost here is harder to justify in that context .
