"At the beginning of the open visit, the mountainside ice pillars are not yet fully visible, causing a slight disappointment. The evening lights will undergo changes. It takes a short walk of about five minutes from the entrance to the ice pillar area. It's advisable to dress warmly. For those who haven't seen it, it's still worth a visit. Remember to make a reservation if you plan to come on a weekend evening."

"Visited mid Feb. We wanted to visit here for a long time and it was worth it. Area is small but beautiful with snowy landscape. They provide free warm Amazake Tea or Ochya at the Top and also there is spot for warm fire place. Really loved these hot and free services during such cold atmosphere. Visitors made many cute little snowman ☃️ and we also tried one.
