"Do not be distracted by the stores at the main samurai street. This is the traditional store that worths visiting at this town. They had a a lot of sauces to try freely, and also had a small free exhibition in their brick house. In front of the building ran the water they had been using to make their soy sauce. The staff did not spoke English but there were some info pamphlets available in English."

Fan “Spugnoir” Li

"The staff was amazingly nice. Pictured is a 10 year old bottle of soy sauce that was sampled to our group. It has a great robust flavor. This was the big bottle for around 1400yen. They offer a medium for a little over 800yen then a small for around 500yen. They offer an aged 2 year soy sauce as well. There are other foods for purchase and an option to have miso prepared then served on premis."
