"A fantastic spot to recharge in the midst of the Old City of Jerusalem. It's great to enjoy a cold beer, Sachertorte, apple strudel, or other cakes and snacks with your coffee. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking! Have 5 nis coin for the rooftop's entry."

"We have been here several times and had good memories and of course for christians the location is unique. However this time the service was a disaster. When checking in (After a long and eventful journey) we were told we had pay up front (This was not the case perviously) Then however it showed they could not get the bill correct. They tried to split it between me and my wife? then needed to transport it between her and me? After a long waiting time and several attempts from my side to make life easier for them we concluded we wanted to go to our room and would pay after they had solved the problem. Some time later they called and we went down to pay, but they could not get the creditcard machine to work correctly causing me to enter my pincode several times in hebrew, without any confirmation that it was canceled. So we did not know how many times we had payed. Then we had dinner and really wanted to have a coffee After dinner which they refused since the had already cleaned the coffee machine. Note it was 20:05 while the information said it was a Wiener kaffee and was opened until 22:00..."

"The view from the roof is awesome. Coffee's alright, but the food and service? Not so much. I'd just check out the view and the roof. Skip the food and drinks."
