Reviews Summary

It's described as a must-visit for experiencing the authentic pulse of Jerusalem. However, some find the prices high and caution against potential scams, advising careful negotiation and price confirmation.
"Old city of jerusalem was my best experiense walking over there be cause you can find many bazaar shops and many people over the world . Exactly what you'd think of as an old market, but at the same time, it being covered for a lot of it was unexpected. his place is just more than a mere "Bazaar" ! Every corner of this city tells a story - if you are curious to know. This market is very old, situated in the 'Muslim Quarter' of the city, and comprises of three Famous markets. They are Butcher's Market, Jewelry Market, and Perfume and Spices Market. This is a key attraction of tourists, hence is very crowded. A mixture of people and religions with many trying to sell everything your heart might desire. Be aware of scams, don't take before asking the price, don't eat or drink before you pay."

"At the Old City Market in Be’er Sheva, I tried a bunch of green grapes — and honestly, they blew me away.
They were so fresh, with a delicate, natural sweetness.
Not thick-skinned like Shine Muscat; these were softer, juicier, and way more flavorful.
Maybe the best green grapes I’ve ever had."

"Prices are high and you need to negotiate, but you can find better products and prices at the airport. It is nice to have a look and do a walk there, but I wouldn’t recommend to buy anything."
