What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the Dead Sea Panoramic Complex for its spectacular and awe-inspiring views of the Dead Sea. The onsite museum is noted as interesting, and the restaurant offers good Arabic food with a fantastic backdrop, though it can be a bit pricey. The staff are generally friendly, contributing to a positive overall experience.
"I’ve been here twice for lunch, and the view and I also visited the museum.
The restaurant:
Food was more than decent, the shish tawook, kibbeh beiruti hummous and also had mixed grill and the grilled halloumi the first time (no photos) were pretty good, but the grilled shrimped was expensive and flavour was a bit off. The lamb had a nice sauce that went well with French fries, reminded me of a poutine gravy. The lamb chops themselves were decent but not great.
Service was nice and they take credit card.
Overall food is good for a quick lunch, a bit pricey for the quality, but it’s the view that is worth the detour. You have I think one of the best panoramic views of the Dead Sea.
The museum is also decent, lots of interesting info but seems a bit dated.
Ah yes there is a weird entrance fee that is cheaper for Jordanians and Arabs, but not residents, so 2 JOD per person if you’re not Arab…first time I see that
Overall 4.5/5 because -1 star fo the food quality."

"We went there with the car, had to pay foreigner ticket 2 JOD per person and we had access to the museum and restaurant, the food and service was fast, but I asked the picolo to bring me ice cream and he forgot, we gave it up so we left. The museum is interesting, a big room with a lot of history. Overall I recommend, prices are ok for the location"
