Despite minor drawbacks, it's considered a worthwhile visit for its distinctive architecture and green spaces.
"A large space with many attractions and interesting monuments. There was a carnival when we visited in August/summer. It’s a nice getaway to nature and you can even see the Ak Orda presidential palace at certain spots."
Ernie Goh
"This is a winter review.
The absurd architecture of the Pyramid and the giant decrepit "fire altars" takes away from the otherwise pleasant place. The city government put people to maintain some safety on sleigh slopes below the "altars" but people behave recklessly and if you want to sleigh safely, you are best to avoid that part of the park during the weekend."
Dmitry Zhukov
"It’s a nice park overall but I think it needs some repairs and maintenance. I enjoyed my visit though."
