"What a incredible improvement has been made to Kongo Mosque at Kongo Beach at the South coast. The road leading to the mosque has been paved. The mosque itself has been left as it originally was and an outside praying area has been added.part of the original walls have been left intact and new walls added to match the old walls. The compound around the mosque and the beach seems to be popular with with visitors and a KES100 fee is being collected to park . The beach here is absolutely beautiful. Worth the drive from Mombasa."
