Reviews Summary

Reviews for the Fateh Al-Khair Dhow itself are scarce, as it's primarily a landmark. However, general sentiment around Kuwaiti companies, including those with 'Al-Dhow' in their name, is mixed. Some praise strong management and employee welfare, especially during challenging times like the pandemic, highlighting timely salary payments. Others report negative experiences regarding contract disputes and poor customer service when visiting company premises.

"I'm previleged to be a part of my esteemed organization. One of the best companies in Kuwait, day by day becoming a strong structure and has many divisions such as Industrial Services, lighting, logistics, facility, interior, building technologies etc., Strong top level management.

All over the globe Reduced/deducted salary during the corona pandemic because of the business shutdown. But Al-Dhow did not get impacted during the corona pandemic, provided it's best facility with food and salary. Not even a single employee got affected during the pandemic. This is enough to explain how they are stronger and take care of their employees. And still continuous.

The best thing is Salary on time. Not even a single month was delayed during my 7+ years of service.

No company (except a few) in Kuwait which provides salary on time."

sabari kumaran

"I worked in this company for three years’ contract, from 2016 September to 2019. While leaving the company I got 35 days leave salary whereas I had 45 days. As per Kuwait Labour Law, I was supposed to get indemnity for three years but I did not get anything. So, it is left for viewers to judge!
Rating is One Star out of Five stars!"
