What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Reviews for Riverside accommodations are mixed, with some praising spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and stunning Mekong views from rooftop bars. However, others point to dated reception areas, uninspired breakfast buffets, and issues with air conditioning control. Noise from nearby karaoke is a recurring concern for light sleepers, though some find it abates by late evening. The location is generally well-regarded for its proximity to markets and restaurants, but the overall experience can vary significantly.
"The essentials are good: spacious room, comfortable bed and large shower. The view of the Mekong from the rooftop bar is stunning.
Unfortunately the reception area is dark and rundown. The breakfast buffet looks like it was prepared some time beforehand.
The good side of the location is it's proximity to the night market and street restaurants. The down side is the popularity of kareoke in front of the hotel. At first, I thought we would never sleep but in the event we went out like lights. Anyway, I think the sound abates around 11:30 am.
So if you are a light sleeper better not risk it, otherwise if you want plenty of space and are not bothered by music then check it out."

"From the first moment we arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a room with a balcony, where we could sit and enjoy the sun. The breakfast at the rooftop cafe was a great way to start the day. We used the gym, which had a good choice of equipment. The WiFi was excellent everywhere.
Across the street was the evening cafe area.
We really appreciated our stay there and recommend the hotel."
Robert Petrin
"It's 2 stars not 3 stars. Bed so hard I couldn't sleep well. Instant coffee at breakfast. No toilet paper, tissues instead. Description says coffee and tea in the room, not. There's a kettle provided but you have to get glasses from the bathroom to drink out of."
