Reviews Summary

Ramlet al-Baida Beach is cherished as Beirut's only public sandy beach, offering a free and authentic local experience with beautiful sunset views. However, many visitors note significant issues with cleanliness and a lack of maintenance, which detracts from its potential. Despite these drawbacks, its accessibility and role as a community gathering spot make it a unique and valued part of the city.

"Simply wonderful.
One of the most magnificent coasts of Lebanon. A majestic place to spend time with your family, just try to be there before the sunset to witness the some beautifull sceneries. And also to avoid crowds or unpleasant confrontations. It's also very sad to see non responsible people spreading their garbage everywhere, but we still have hope when we see lots of efforts and volunteering activities to clean and preserve the beautiful beach. We start form ourselves, me and my family are going to help keep this and other beach clean, to spread awareness about cleanliness form personal level to the nation level. This way the hope will become greater in our future generations to make Lebanon great again.
Please let us help each other, no matter how much the dimotivations are big. Change start from personal level."

Located along the Mediterranean coastline, it’s a popular spot for locals and tourists to relax, swim, and enjoy the sea breeze. With its golden sands and stunning sunsets, the beach is perfect for a casual day out. Though simple and undeveloped compared to private beaches, its charm lies in its authenticity and accessibility, making it a beloved gathering spot in Beirut."

Another option is to have a walk under the rain.🌧🌧🌧🌧
Open to public for free. Someone should make efforts to keep the place clean.🚮🚮🚮"
