"Had a great time here. The staffs are the true gems of the hotel. Appreciate their service, especially hard in a massive resort setting. The facilities, sauna, gym and pools are all well maintained.

I booked through Amex FHR program, normally from other hotels I would receive rather generous room upgrade offer, however not the case here.
