"Stayed in a twin room with a friend in the Grand Club Tower. Everything was wonderful. Check in and out was easy, a bowl of fruit arrived not long after we did. The room is spacious and comfortable, the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Duke and the staff on the 37th Floor were fantastic. All the staff were. The 37th Floor is great for snacks and tea time. All in all a very good experience.
