"Somehow, I just can’t find any fault with this hotel. Rooms are spacious for its class, and notably the ceilings are high, room is bright if you retract the curtains. We are lucky to be allocated the beautiful garden view. Bed and pillows are comfortable, the type you can easily fall asleep in. Staff are courteous and professional. Our room was cleaned twice a day (we stayed 3 nights) even though we didn’t requested it. It’s like every time we left the room for an outing, the room would be tidied when we returned, therefore no hindrance at all. Location may be off the central, but it kept the crowd away. Opposite one of the entrance is the Zip City Macau (check it out). There’re also many free shuttle bus services (about 10 different locations), so this more than compensates its ’off-central’ location. Those going to the iconic Saint Paul’s should take the free shuttle bus to Grand Lisboa and walk from there. Certainly great value for the money. You can’t get this deal in HK. Oh yes, just to add, the breakfast was fabulous, international standards. (I did not try the other restaurants)"

"Had a wonderful experience staying here, and I don’t even gamble! This is one of the many massive hotels in Taipa. The room was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The air-conditioning had a slight humming sound, but it was cold enough, so it didn’t bother us. The bathroom was huge and came with all the amenities you might need. Water pressure in the shower was strong, absolutely loved it.
There are plenty of dining options, including a food court with mostly local and Asian cuisine. There’s also a supermarket and a huge shopping area on Level 2.
Be sure to visit the rooftop garden on Level 3, it’s beautifully designed and worth spending some time there.
Although the hotel is a bit far from the main city area, they provide free shuttle buses to most popular locations. The hotel is also conveniently close to Macau Airport and the Ferry Terminal.

"Stunning, gorgeous resort a bit away from other Macau casinos and attractions. They have extensive free shuttles though to get you around and Taxis in Macau are very inexpensive.
The rooms are beautiful and the design of amenities is perfection. Outlets where you need them, ample storage space, luxury feeling products, etc.
Housekeeping scored a 10/10 with the tinyest action. My travel phone charging cord is 8ft long because sometimes there's only an outlet on one side of the bed. So it can end up everywhere. It now has a velcro fastener to keep it in control! Thanks! Sometimes the smallest things make a huge impact.
The resort is awesome - plenty of dining and shopping options. The staff were all wonderfully helpful and friendly."
