"I last visited Macau seven years ago, and returning this time, choosing to stay at Londoner Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Macao turned out to be one of the best decisions I made—and I’m already certain I’ll be coming back again.
I was lucky to receive an upgrade to the Elizabeth Suite (1 Bedroom Suite, 2 Double – 83 sqm). The room was spacious, beautifully designed, luxurious yet warm and comfortable at the same time. The bathroom was also large and remarkable, very enjoyable to take a shower and bath. My two-year-old son, who was traveling overseas for the very first time, absolutely loved the suite. When it was time to check out, he cried because he didn’t want to leave.
For breakfast, we had the londoner set breakfast at Chelsea Garden, which was delicious, with very generous portions that left us completely satisfied.
The staff were wonderful throughout our stay—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Although check-in and check-out took a bit longer since it was very busy around 3 p.m., the team provided such nice service that we never felt annoyed by the wait.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked the hotel again for our trip next year."
