"This was a pretty unexpected place that we have chanced upon quite in the middle of nowhere, but we were generally surprised how clean, as well as how decently big this place is!
The experience was pretty interesting as most of the shops here are mainly only airconditioned within the shop and the main walkway is opened-spaced with huge fans that cools the walkways.
Food places are sided more towards one side of this mini-warehouse-like district, while the other side has more of your larger-sized shops and supermarket.
The carpark is very well lit and the overall place feels very green, spacious and clean with many clean toilets dotted around the entire complex.
Will definitely come back to revisit in future!"

"Visited Sunway Big Box recently and found it to be quite spacious with plenty of parking, which is a plus. However, the mall didn’t really cater to my needs — there weren’t many shops that appealed to me, and most of the restaurants were lesser-known brands. The overall atmosphere felt rather plain despite the size of the place. It seems like many visitors are mainly there to settle their VEP and RFID tags rather than for shopping or dining. Decent for a quick stop, but not a mall I’d go out of my way for."

"Went back again recently and found that they have revamped the details shops and added more interesting stores and pop-up events/stalls. The retail mall has 2 wings, the East and West wings, and there is an outdoor adventure park at the rear. Personally I like this mall as there are ample activities, like indoor and outdoor parks for children, cinema for movie goers and shops/ supermarkets for the shopaholic. Parking is free and ample, too, with a handful of F&B options available."
