"TERRIBLE service. We were there before 9pm, paid for 2 games for 4 people. Firstly, the staff were incompetent and lazy. We wanted to buy a couple of bottles of water and they refused and told us we couldn’t buy water (bear in mind this was 1 HOUR before closing time), then one of the staff proceeded to start playing a few bowling games himself instead of working?? The STAFF during working time whilst he just refused to sell us water. The lanes were old and the machine wasn’t working properly. Pins were missing every new round. Staff again, no help. Terrible absolutely terrible bowling centre. Would never recommend and never going back there again. Shoes and equipment smelt so bad and not kept in good condition."

Afterthat we Start game when our 1st game finished then we cannot play anymore. Then they said we closed already . we are shoked what kind of Service. Definitely we are not going anymore ."
