"We went there for a night out and, since we were a large group, we reserved a table with three bottles of liquor—cost us around RM1500, which we were fine with. However, even before we stepped inside, the bouncers (a woman and a man) were already giving us attitude for no apparent reason. It set a weird tone from the start.
Once we got in, the service didn’t improve. Our waiter kept aggressively pouring drinks into our glasses—even when they were still full. It felt like they were trying to rush us through our bottles, almost like they wanted us to drink up and leave quickly. We arrived around 1 a.m., planning to relax, enjoy our drinks, and dance a little. Instead, we felt pressured and unwelcome the whole time.
For the price we paid, we expected a better experience and at least a bit of hospitality."

my friends got harassed multiple times and it was the first time for a lot of us. the bouncers did merely nothing even when we kept on complaining about the harasser. they kept trying to protect the harasser instead to avoid commotion when it’s literally safety violations being destroyed on our end. we call them out online and they of course decide to take the cowardly way out and just posts a zero tolerance policy on their story? I wonder if that’s going to heal the emotional damage already caused for all of us that night."
