"my mom have a bad experience shopping at this store. she just bought bucket hat and asking help to remove the tag and then later NOT EVEN LEAVE THE STORE she found out that the hat have a defect inside. and she asking why this bucket hat have a defect? if there is defect she wants to return it, and the cashier said it can’t be returned and told her friend PLAYING VICTIM said “dia salah kan i lepasin tagnya” very poor quality checking and very poor attitude. i never want to go back to this store👎🏼👎🏼"

"Amazing Service at H&M@Lot10 – Thank You!

I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding service I received from two incredible staff members at H&M Lot10 Ground floor ladies section – a gentleman and a lovely pregnant lady (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch). I was on the hunt for a specific bracelet that was said to be available only at this location, and from the moment I asked for help, both of them went above and beyond to assist me.

Despite the challenge in locating the item – which turned out to be the very last piece and couldn’t be found – they both showed such genuine dedication, patience, and professionalism. It wasn’t just about whether I got the bracelet or not; it was about how they made me feel as a customer – valued, respected, and well taken care of.

Their work ethic, kind attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. Even though I left without the bracelet and bought a different one, I walked away with something even better – a reminder that excellent service still exists, and it’s the people that make all the difference.
