Reviews Summary

ICC Pudu is a bustling, authentic local food court offering an incredible variety of affordable Malaysian Chinese hawker fare. While many praise the delicious food and vibrant atmosphere, some find it overwhelmingly hot and crowded, with certain popular stalls being overrated. It's a true taste of local life, best experienced with an adventurous palate and a willingness to brave the heat.

"Been here a couple of times, and today I ended up here again because my visitor insisted we makan here. 😂

As usual, the place was hot, packed, and buzzing with people hunting for food. You’ll also get tissue sellers going table to table — some quite persistent.

Food options? Endless. Biscuits, buns, noodles, CCF, durian, drinks — you name it, they probably have it. So many choices, you’ll definitely find something to try.

We had the vegetarian curry mee, the famous CCF, and the Bintang Cham drink and Teh.
Verdict: honestly, all quite mediocre for me. Didn’t finish the food. CCF is RM2.80 per piece, curry mee RM11.
(BUT this is just my personal taste — plenty of people around me were happily eating, so don’t take my word for it. Go try and judge for yourself!)

We also ta-pau’ed the miniature wine chicken pau, Bun Choon egg tart, nian gao, and yam kueh.
The nian gao was good — I like the original version without yam or sweet potato. The egg tart was good too.

Go try this place and eat your way to a happy tummy !!"

"I recently visited ICC Pudu Food Centre and was thoroughly impressed by the wide variety of authentic local dishes available. Among the many options, I tried the Lala Bee Hoon, Curry Niang You Hu, Hainanese Coffee, and Fried Fish Rice, and every dish left a lasting impression.

The Lala Bee Hoon was light yet flavorful — the clams were fresh, and the broth carried a natural sweetness with a hint of seafood richness. The Curry Niang You Hu stood out for its aromatic, creamy curry and tender stuffed fish pieces, a perfect balance of spice and comfort. The Fried Fish Rice was another highlight — crispy on the outside yet juicy inside, paired beautifully with fragrant rice and sambal. To complete the meal, the Hainanese Coffee was strong, smooth, and perfectly roasted, delivering that classic old-school kopitiam flavor.

What makes ICC Pudu Food Centre truly special is not just the food, but the vibrant atmosphere — a perfect blend of tradition, efficiency, and community spirit. Prices are reasonable, portions are generous, and every stall feels passionate about what they serve. This is truly a five-star destination for anyone who loves authentic Malaysian flavors."
