"I had the pleasure of being served by Mohammad on the ETS train from KL to Kluang and back, and I must say he truly made the journey exceptional. He is incredibly knowledgeable every question I asked, he patiently answered with clear explanations and genuine care. His professionalism and attentiveness stood out, and it was clear that he takes pride in ensuring passengers are comfortable and well-informed.
What made the experience even more special was his warm smile, which created such a welcoming atmosphere throughout the trip. It’s rare to come across someone who combines expertise with such kindness and friendliness.
Thank you, Mohammad, for going above and beyond, you are a true asset to your team, and you made my travel experience not only smooth but also enjoyable."

"Lousy customer service. I have called them 3 times per day and speak with the same person but my problem still not resolved. I have requested for penalty refund due to the exit censor unable to detect my KITs QR code at exit gate at KL Sentral. There was no officer on duty that morning and I have to exit manually.
I went to the counter the officer asked me to call customer service, I tried to log report but there was an error to submit in their system. Call customer service but also not helpful. Until end still not resolved. Hope someone will assist me. Thanks."
