"Spent quite a bit of time at Pavilion Bukit Jalil during my KL trip, especially since it’s directly connected to the exhibition hall I was attending. Super convenient if you’re there for work or an event — just a short stroll from the halls and you’re inside the mall.

First impression: this place is massive. High ceilings, wide walkways, and plenty of natural light make it feel open and airy. It’s still relatively new so everything feels clean and polished. You definitely won’t run out of places to eat — eateries are scattered across different levels and zones, from casual chains to more unique local and international spots.

Whether you’re looking for a quick coffee, a proper sit-down meal, or just a place to chill after a long day, there’s something for everyone. Retail-wise, it’s a mix of high-street brands and local stores, with quite a few lifestyle and gadget shops too.

Easy to get lost, but in a good way. I kept discovering new corners every time I wandered. If you’re staying nearby or attending something at the exhibition centre, it’s a great all-in-one spot to explore."

"The parking system at this mall is really disappointing. Despite having a license plate recognition system, drivers still have to wind down their windows to take a ticket — not only redundant, but also not eco-friendly. For a place that carries the Pavilion name, the system feels outdated and second-rate. The mall has been open since 2022, and yet after three full years, shop lots are still unoccupied."

The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by this incredibly spacious, airy, and beautifully designed space that instantly puts you in a good mood. Everything feels open and bright ,not too crowded, not too noisy , just the perfect balance for a relaxing shopping day.

What I love most is how well-organized everything is. You don’t get that lost, maze-like feeling that some other malls give you. The escalators and elevators are placed close together, which sounds like a small detail, but honestly, it makes a huge difference when you’re carrying bags or shopping with family. It’s one of those thoughtful design touches that really shows how much they care about convenience.

And let’s talk about the food , because oh my goodness, this mall is a food lover’s paradise! There are so many restaurants and cafés to choose from, especially if you’re a fan of Chinese cuisine. Think of steamy baskets of dim sum, hand-pulled noodles, and those irresistible Hong Kong, style roasted meats. Whether you’re going for a cozy meal with your loved ones or just grabbing a quick solo lunch, you’ll never run out of options here.

When it comes to shopping, Pavilion Bukit Jalil also hits the sweet spot. You’ll find tons of fashion stores, shoe shops, and accessories outlets ranging from everyday brands to slightly more upscale ones. Prices are pretty reasonable, so it’s easy to pick up something stylish without feeling guilty afterward.

One of my favorite stops is definitely Parkson Pavilion Bukit Jalil. It’s like its own little department store universe , with sections for bags, clothes, shoes, and even cosmetics. If you visit during festive seasons or big sale periods, you can catch amazing promotions and discounts. I’ve scored some really good deals there!

All in all, Pavilion Bukit Jalil isn’t just a shopping mall , it’s a place to unwind, discover new things, and enjoy your day at your own pace. Whether you’re looking for a delicious meal, a bit of retail therapy, or just a pleasant stroll in a clean, modern space, this mall checks all the boxes.
