"Not recommend to shop at this brunch. The service and staffs are not welcome. Their face was like, please don’t shop here and we are not welcome.
I went there to collect the dress, as reserved it. Was asking the staff over the phone for size XS and also asking them to check if any defects? They confirm, NO any defects.
When I arrived at the shop, I asked female staff (No. 1) and told her the story. She replies, go check at the counter. Not even think to help and check for me.
I have to repeat the whole story again to female staff (No. 2) at the counter. She brought me the dress, after I've checked, its quite disappointed. The dress was size S and got defects on stripe.
I have nothing to say. Waste my time and energy. Their face was like it's not in a service and don’t care!
