What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
TBS is widely praised as a clean, modern, and well-organized bus terminal, often compared to an airport. Its integrated transport links and amenities like food courts are highly appreciated. However, some travelers report issues with bus punctuality and a lack of charging points.
"A very clean and spacious station. I bought ticket online, but still have to go to queue at a counter to get a printed entry pass. The upstairs has many food outlets and toilets. Have to go downstairs by scanning the printed ticket to enter. I paid RM0.70 for my online ticket cum entry pass to be printed. Downstairs are the gates where you can board the buses. There are toilets downstairs also. My bus arrived on time!"

"Very good facilities. Here the buses will arrive at the gate and passengers go up immediately but problematic when more than a bus scheduled at gate at same time. Several processes could be improved. A few buses late on Sunday pm 10/8 at Gate 1. Many passengers esp foreigners kept enquiring as electronic board not updated promptly. Poor lady in charge kept yelling names of passengers who are late and also the buses arriving which was hard to hear above the chaos)
Suggest a bigger electronic board. And also regular and prompt updates ie which buses for boarding now and allow 5 minutes only. Like in JB and Melaka, no need to yell for those who are late."

"The buses arrive very late. Like today 30th April 2025 i booked ticket BillionStarExpress 5.30pm. The bus arrived at 6.40pm and wanted to full to bus. The gate 18&19 staffs were very slow and unresponsive too. Very bad service they provide. If asked they just so unreasonable answer that traffic jam so thats why late. Please, the customers who are using the service are not using for free and not 24/7 have spare time."
