"We had an absolutely exceptional evening at Vertigo, Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Mr. Ng. Without exaggeration, he is one of the best hospitality professionals we’ve ever encountered anywhere.
From the moment we arrived, Mr. Ng took care of everything with a level of attention that felt effortless yet thoughtful. He knew exactly where the best sunset spot was, arranged it for us ahead of time, and even timed everything perfectly so we could enjoy the transition from golden hour to the night skyline. The view was spectacular but his preparation made it unforgettable.
When it came to food and drinks, his recommendations were spot-on. The cocktail pairings and alcohol selections matched the dishes perfectly, and you could tell he really understood both the menu and the overall dining experience.
The combination of the service, the sunset, and the night view made the evening truly special. Honestly, we’d come back just for the hospitality. Vertigo is lucky to have him, and guests are even luckier to be served by him.
