"Beautiful. Quite accessible, about one hour by boat. I would say the boat ride in bad weather is not pleasant.
We stayed at the Taraas resort, which I cannot really recommend, depends what you like. I would rather stay at a seafront hotel and have local food options to explore."

"Pulau Redang is one of the best island in Malaysia with beautiful view and scenery alongside Pulau Perhentian and others famous islands in Terengganu. Not to forget the gorgeous aquatic living and the white Sandy beach make it as a main attraction point for people to come here. It's a spot for nature lover, honeymoon and to bring family. There are numerous packages that you can choose starting from day trip to budget stay to a luxurious stay. It's all available. There are a lot of chalet and resort available and the departure is not from one particular jetty instead there are few points you can reach here. Make sure to alert and be prepared. Here you can see various type of fish, turtle and even shark if you are lucky. It's a heavy tourist spots especially during holiday season so make sure to plan your journey well."
