"On Friday (26/9) around 4pm, I visited Muzium Kucing with my brother. We only found out at the counter that tickets could be purchased with cash only, but unfortunately, we didn’t have any with us. The staff at the ticket counter kindly let us in for free (thank you so much!). We even offered to pay via QR, but he politely said it was okay and just allowed us to enter. Overall, the visit was worth it, a must-visit spot for all paw-parents! 🐾✨"

"DBKU Cat Museum is one of the tourist destination that managed by the government. This place is located at Petra Jaya area, so you need to travel around 20 minutes from Kuching City Center.
The admission fee for entry this museum is RM 3 for locals and RM 10 for foreigners. If your children is under 7 years old, the fee is free and if you bring your parents that is 60 years old and above, you just pay RM 2 for locals and RM 5 for foreigners. They just accept cash.
For the cat lovers, this museum is so wonderful because it displays various cat collections such as photos, statues, painting, etc that connected to cats.
Beside the museum, there is a room that explains the government's project for Sarawak area. I recommend you to come and enjoy the proper museum vibes."

"The cat museum, even though should be a central attraction of kuching city, there is not much to see here. Its just a bunch of cat statues and photos, a souvenir shop and what not. Pretty boring, not worth the price. Nothing much to do, yeah a bit of knowledge to gain but not worth the time honestly. If you are on a schedule, you can safely skip this place."
