"I am Sunway Pyramid Mall loyal customers for more than 20 years. I am a wheelchair user. This time I really hope management read my review. Last week 15/11/2025 and tonight 22/11/2025, my family and I came to Sunway Pyramid Mall but all the lift at Marakesh areas, Lobby E, red zone car parks, ALL OF THE LIFT UNDER MAINTENANCE! Again I need to seek your attention how can OKU / disability persons can enter and exit to car park from this car park area??? As a coincidence I met a staff there, she told me next time park at resort hotel. There's no parking everywhere until we were directed to this area and there's doesn't have any notice at the automatic door to inform the lift is on maintenance , so we parked here and not as easy as she mentioned leave and proceed to resort car park. Who is going to pay for the car park charges on and out? Notice put at indoor lift not outside at car park. My husband have to send me to other level which doesn't have staircases to wait him drove to that level to pick me up. Troublesome .It's really inconvenience, and dangerous for shoppers to walk up and down with crutches on steep staircases. If the OKU can use crutches still tolerable, how about those doesn't have crutches or total disability movement?
So many places and shopping malls I went, the only weird things is that OKU/disability person toilet for girl inside girl's toilet, man in man's toilet. My husband cannot assist me to push my wheelchair enter girl's toilet. Furthermore, toilets nowadays are dirty compared to a decade ago. OKU toilet should allocate separate and build wider space to enable wheelchair enter. Sad to said just now my wheelchair can't go in just now. IOI City Mall did better on this.
Hopefully management can improve on this weaknesses in the future and more understanding on OKU needs. Thanks"

"One of the best shopping malls in KL. Always clean, nice smells, a variety of all sorts of shops and services. Beautiful theme presentation throughout the mall. Extremely popular and with good reason. If driving there in peak times it may be challenging to find parking, alternatively, the BRT is connected directly with a walkway to the mall."
