My compliments to Fifi, Sakti and Johanis. They are truly the heartbeat of the mall. They are efficient in queries, redeem gift and i am most impress with their gift wrapping!
I bought a pink kids wallet. Johanis pick a pink bunny ioi wrapper (cause it match my gift) and ask me if its ok (as oppose to making me look at everything when i tired already), then he proceed to make the gift envelop (while i was tearing the sticker) without needing to touch the gift using his experience and estimation! And by the time I glance at my phone a bit and my gift wrapping is already done 😱
Its like 3 minute max end to end! I am shock and beyond impress. They wrap fast but manage to make it look cute. They are the best compared to other malls wrapping service😍😍😍 They also serve with a smile and very friendly making waiting there a relaxing experience. I experience wrapping service at many places (got slow perfect type, got slow but ugly, got normal speed with normal design) and Johanis just made wrapping look like a breeze. I appreciate it cause I been buying present at many malls.
Highly recomended to buy your gift here and utilise their wrapping service. They wrap everything from the mall except for items bought in aeon (i think aeon got a seperate wrapping section). No min spend on wrapping.
Aside to that min rm300 spending can also redeem gift during this Christmas.
Suggestion to ioi: For the free gift redemption, please have recycle bag option and the christmas lego like last 2 years. I really like the various design of recycle bag and also the movable christmas lego previously. I bought rm999 but choose to redeem the rm300 items instead of tier 2."

"Visited for a plant sale. Watsons too. Basement parking doesn't have bay occupancy lights and can be dark in areas. The mall air-conditioning can also be quite cold in areas. Relatively low footfall compared to other larger malls but still a decent sized crowd. Some unique shops here. E.g. signature market. Toilets are modern and clean."
