District 21 is a highly-rated indoor adventure park offering thrilling activities and a fun, energetic atmosphere. Visitors praise the exciting attractions like the Roller Glider and the helpfulness of the staff. Some minor drawbacks include limited playtime on certain activities and the darkness of The Maze, but overall, it's considered a worthwhile experience for active individuals and families.
"a fun and exciting indoor adventure park! The activities are great, though some do have height restrictions, so keep that in mind. Lockers are available for your belongings, and there’s a toilet inside the premise, which is convenient.
The staff are friendly and helpful. Be prepared to sweat a lot, as it’s physically engaging
Overall, a really fun experience that’s worth trying if you enjoy active challenges and adventure."

"1. The Maze was too dark inside.
It would be better with some additional lighting to enhance visibility and overall experience.
2. We suggest investing in an automated belt for the Tubby Ride.
It was quite tiring to carry the ride back up the slope manually each time.
3. We waited for half an hour, but only had about 10 minutes to play at The Power Station for a group of 8–9 people.
More playtime should be allocated, especially for larger groups, so that everyone has a chance to fully enjoy the facilities.
4. The Roller Glider was the most exciting activity.
It stood out as a thrilling highlight of our visit.
5. The staff should be more welcoming and encouraging.
Friendly and enthusiastic staff can greatly enhance the overall guest experience."

"We came at opening time on Sunday and it was very nice to have the place mostly to ourselves. Even when the place got busier queues moved reasonably quickly and there was plenty to do. The climbing area & tubby slide were a hit. Staff were pretty friendly and helpful. There were two main detractors: 1) the tickets include gloves and grip socks, without checking if we already have grip socks. The sizes seem to be single size, and for the gloves it was really irritating and dangerous how poorly they fit my son’s hands. If we come back it would be annoying (and wasteful) to have to acquire another rather than reuse existing gloves & grip socks; 2)how little there was to do for a non-active adult with a small child. The little climbing dome isn’t really suitable for kids under 3, and most of the kids older than that would be able to be an active player. It would be better if the management replaced it with a standard slide or soft toy ballpit. The tables also could be more clean— the one we were at had some sticky food left from the day before."

Navigating the Attractions
It's important to be aware of height restrictions, as some of the more intense attractions are designed for individuals at least 155cm tall. This makes it a prime destination for teenagers and young adults. However, even with these restrictions, there's still a good amount to do for a wide range of ages.
Some attractions, like The Maze, are noted for being very dark, which can impact visibility and the overall experience. Additionally, the Tubby Ride requires visitors to manually carry the tube back up, which can be tiring. Despite these minor points, the park is designed for active fun and encourages visitors to engage physically.
Visitor Experience and Staff
However, some feedback suggests that staff could be more consistently welcoming and enthusiastic to further elevate the atmosphere. Cleanliness of tables has also been mentioned as an area for improvement, with some tables found to be sticky.
Despite these minor critiques, the park is generally seen as a great place for active individuals, offering a high-energy environment that leaves visitors feeling thrilled and accomplished. The commitment of the staff, even when facing personal challenges, is a recurring positive theme.
Practicalities: What to Know Before You Go
Be prepared for a physically demanding experience; comfortable, athletic clothing is a must, and you should expect to sweat. While tickets often include grip socks and gloves, some visitors recommend bringing your own. The provided gloves can be ill-fitting and uncomfortable, and reusing your own socks can be more practical and economical.
Allow approximately 2-3 hours for your visit to fully experience the range of attractions. While the park is geared towards older children and teens due to height restrictions, there are still elements that younger visitors can enjoy, though options might be more limited for very young children.
