"We had an amazing time at Skyline Luge and truly enjoyed every moment of the experience. From the exciting rides to taking lots of selfies and laughing throughout the day, everything was fun and memorable. Unfortunately, I lost my handphone during our visit, but the situation was handled in the best possible way thanks to the amazing staff. A very kind Malay girl who was scanning our tickets at the entrance went out of her way to assist us and guided us to the Lost & Found office. The counter staff were also extremely helpful and efficient. The whole process was fast, smooth, and stress-free, and we managed to get my phone back safely. I am sincerely thankful to all the staff members, especially the entrance staff and the counter team, for their kindness, professionalism, and support. Every single staff we encountered was friendly, helpful, and super welcoming. This level of service truly made our visit even more special. I highly recommend Skyline Luge for both the fun experience and the excellent customer service."

"We bought our tickets in advance on the official website and arrived on our timeslot on Thursday at 4pm. We started the hyfly ride first and it was thrilling! We moved on to the luge ride and every tracks have its own charm. We love the legendary track as it's the longest 😆 All the staffs are very friendly and they make sure that we understand the rules, also very patient when we had to adjust our camera. We also managed to catch the sunrise on the ferris wheel (pay per ride). You could purchase the videos and photos after the ride, we had our own materials shot with our own phones, not the perfect one as we didn't have the right gear. Overall it was a fun experience!"

"I had an amazing experience at Gamuda Luge, Hyfly & Luge and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and well-organised outing! We purchased our tickets online, and the entire process from online booking to on-site redemption was incredibly smooth. Since we arrived earlier than expected, the staff were kind enough to let us begin at an earlier slot, which was a great start to the day.
The moment we got to the top, the breathtaking view made everything even more memorable. We were also really lucky with the weather, and the slot we chose wasn’t crowded yet, so we got to enjoy the activities comfortably without long waits.
Every staff member we encountered was friendly, cheerful, and welcoming. They greeted everyone with smiles and made the whole experience feel warm and pleasant.
We especially enjoyed the HyFly, which was thrilling and came with a complimentary locker, making it convenient to store our belongings. The Free Fall was another highlight, short but packed with adrenaline!
Of course, the main attraction: the Luge, did not disappoint. We tried all four routes, and each had its own excitement, but the Legend line was definitely our favourite. Don’t forget to smile when you see the camera along the track, you’ll want that photo!
To end our visit, we decided to purchase Ferris Wheel tickets on the spot. Just show your Luge ticket and you’ll get a discount, which was a nice little bonus. And we're lucky enough to get a sunset view!
Overall, it was a fun, smooth and memorable day out.
