"Just went yesterday.. it's around 9.13pm and when at entrance, I showed our qr code ticket through icity apps.. The staff scan the qr code and she told us that the place will close at 9.30pm.. Then I said oh we only have less time inside so we will come again next time la.. Then she said, she already scan the QR ticket and cannot cancel.. She suppose to tell us before she scan the QR code right? I am very pissed off but I don't want to ruin our anniversary trip so we just enter with unhappy mood!!
Next time please educate your staff to inform any important information to visitors.. !! Will never recommend and never come here again.."
