What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the stunning, expansive views of the tea plantations and the peaceful atmosphere, often recommending it as a less crowded alternative to other popular spots. The opportunity to walk deeper into the fields and enjoy the fresh air is a major draw, though some note the food is average and ATV noise can be disruptive.
"Absolutely stunning!
Loved every minute of our family's 2 hours at Bharat.. the views, the walk... and the tea of course! (Ginger was my favourite!)
I would absolutely recommend walking up the hill to the giant letters, but then continuing along the smaller path around the back that takes you to a quieter area of the plantation. It was idyllic. That is, apart from the ATV quad bikes that tear along the route every so often.. what a shame the plantation feels it needs to invest in such an environmentally terrible form of entertainment for guests 😞
(The 5 star review remains though despite this let down!)"

"Peaceful atmosphere with beautiful tea plantation views. Less crowded than famous BOH Tea Center, greater for relaxing and taking photos without the crowd. Try to reach at off-peak hour, parking may difficult to find during peak hours. Now available to walk deeper into the tea plantation, which makes us feel more immersive and photo-worthy. Great for stretching your legs and taking in the fresh air.
Café offers a wide range of teas and snacks. They also sell nicely packaged teas if you want a souvenir. Tip: Visit in the morning for better lighting and fewer people."

"Entrance fee is RM4 per adult (walk-in), and RM20 if you opt for the buggy ride. The café isn’t as polished as the Boh Tea Centre, but it still offers decent options, a variety of teas, pau, cakes, ice cream, and puffs. The walking path is fairly steep, though there are plenty of benches to rest along the way. Parking on weekends can be tricky; you should leave your car along the roadside."
