"Stayed in ATS Hotel/Apartment in this mall. Overall, satisfied and happy during our stay."

"This mall! No respect for customers at all! There are no pedestrians in the mall! Pedestrian roads give them trash cans, flower pots and so on! Not safe at all! If there is a fire inside! The consequences are very serious! Maybe the manager of this mall is sleeping! In fact, you can complain to the fire department! Can you compensate for human life in the event of a fire?

"The worst experience in Malaysia was here with a host named Ying foung. The first thing you feel when you enter the building is a smell that overwhelms your nose as a result of the lack of cleaning of the walls and leaving dust-containing places unharmed from cleaning in a very humid area!! Which is supposed to require a daily and permanent pledge. As for the treatment of this host, it is a bigger issue. We found him very liar and fraudulent, as he promised us compensation for damages when we contacted him, but he never fulfilled anything, so we had to review airbnb, which forced him to compensate us for the rest of the days. We found cockroaches under the bed. And the terrible thing about all this is that we got small bugs (bed bugs), they are very accurate, as they spread in our clothes and bags, and we suffer from them to this day. It is really the worst thing that you can collect in travel, as it moves with you wherever you go, so you cannot eliminate it except by getting rid of your clothes completely. , or it must be washed at a temperature of more than 60° before having a sulfur shower"
