What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the breathtaking panoramic views of the tea plantations, calling it a must-visit for its serene beauty and photo opportunities. The delicious, fresh scones are a major highlight, making the tea house experience delightful. However, some guests note issues with cleanliness and average service, and parking can be a significant challenge during peak times.
"Bringing family from overseas, this is definitely a spot to visit, with a stunning view of the valleys filled with tea plantations.
The service is average. Thankfully we didn’t wait too long in the queue to order, but the lady got my order wrong, as she did not quite understand what I asked for.
Nonetheless, they reimbursed me cash for the 2 extra cups of tea I didn’t order.
The dirty dishes were pilled up on one side and only after a long while did the kitchen start to clean up.
Other than the lack of cleanliness, the scones were absolutely delicious, soft & fresh. You get 2 scones per order and of a good size each.
The view is just incredible, we waited a few minutes and got a table right along the viewing deck.
They offer walking paths into the tea plantation or a buggie to go down, which we took. The drivers were great & even though it is very steep going down, we felt very safe.
Highly recommend this spot for tea plantation visit!"

"Cameron Valley is a must-visit when in Cameron Highlands! It has an amazing panorama of green tea plantations that looks like a beautiful green carpet covering the hills. The view is so relaxing and perfect for photos. You can also walk down to the plantation, enjoy the fresh air, and even have some tea at their café while looking at the stunning scenery.
It’s a peaceful and refreshing spot, great for spending some time away from the busy town area. Highly recommended for anyone who loves nature and wants to experience the beauty of Cameron Highlands!"

"This tea plantation is basically a place where you can walk through the tea fields and see the tea leaves up close. The path takes you along the same route used by workers during harvest, which gives you a nice behind-the-scenes feel.
There are two entry points, Gate 1 and Gate 2. Both are accessible and there’s no issue using either one.
To get down into the plantation area, you have two options. One is by buggy, which costs RM20 and comes with a free basic tea pack, probably with around 8 to 10 sachets. The other option is to walk for RM4. Which one is more worth it? Honestly, I’m not sure. I chose the buggy more easier no need to hike everything.
There’s also a small shop at the plantation where you can grab snacks like nuggets or a cup of their own tea. There’s even a small river area where you can sit and rest for a bit if you’re feeling tired.
And that’s about it. A simple, chill visit that’s great if you just want to unwind and enjoy some scenery."
