"This place is great! Traditional, no-frills pastizzi and coffee bar, and a good place to sit outside and watch the world go by. The pastizzi were the best I've tried in Malta and served straight out of the oven (I'm still dreaming about that pea pastizzi but the ricotta one was also great) and the coffee was served with condensed milk I think. Such a comforting combination of flavours! One coffee and two pastizzi came to €1.70 - amazing value for money. Staff were all polite and friendly too. Thank you!"

"Just wow! We was just coming out of Medina and we were walking across towards Rabat and we saw a bunch of school kids eating some sort of pastry and then we saw the companies name of the bag and it was queues out the door so we definitely thought this is the place to eat for light snack.
Hands down, it is one of the most delicious, flaky crispy pastizzi I didn’t even know what it was called but the atmosphere that was filled inside the room bought me back to 1996 just a nice exaggeration but that’s the vibe I felt the oven was authentic. It’s old it’s just such a vibe when you see old people sitting down eating enjoying a coffee.

I can’t believe you can buy anything for €0.60 we brought two pasitizzi and one ricotta pie a toasty ham and cheese and a milky coffee for just under €5.
We’re definitely recommend if you’re wanting something like to snack on but with a punch of flavour. Highly recommend."
