What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the stunning sea views and the historical charm of Sliema Point Battery. The adjacent promenade offers a vibrant atmosphere with excellent dining and cocktail options, complemented by friendly service. While some find it can get noisy due to its popularity, the overall experience is highly positive, with many recommending it for its beauty and historical significance.
"We've been here with a group of friends, 4 people in total. We ordered a table in advance, and although we were late, the staff arranged a table for us on the terrace inside because it was raining. Everything started with the attitude of the waiter—she was really positive and joking with us. She recommended what to drink and which food would be good for our group.
In the end, we chose a plate with different seafood, which turned out to be a really good decision. She said it was for 2 people, but it was enough for all of us. We also ordered some salads for digestion, and it turned out the salads were bigger than in the photos on the menu, which surprised us. They were very good as well.
The beer was excellent; I really enjoy drinking local food and beverages.
One negative aspect was that it was too noisy, but this is because the place is really popular. Everything else was great."
