"Definitely the best beach on Mauritius. Shimmering crystal clear waters you can see the sealife from standing on shore. Good mix of locals and tourists and not too busy or loud. Can be challenging to get there if not driving, we took the bus #5 from Cascavelle mall to the stop past cottee raffin and then found a minibus that went to the beach from there. The hike to Le Morne peak is worth it, must start by 7am latest otherwise it's too hot. Glad we did this instead of flying over on seaplane/heli"
