Reviews Summary

Guests consistently rave about the unparalleled, breathtaking views of La Quebrada and the ocean, calling it the hotel's main draw. While the historic charm and unique location are appreciated, many reviews point out significant maintenance issues, dated facilities, and occasional service lapses, making it feel overpriced for the condition.

"Hotel is in disrepair- needs an owner and management who will take care of it. We had two cockroaches in our room. At 3k pesos for a night - this is not acceptable.

Beautiful location and La Perla restaurant is a treat - the hotel operators needs to wake up and get back to work."

Robert Rippberger

"I LOVED THE VEW!!! 😃
The service was AWESOME! 🤩
unfortunately they don’t invest in the taking care of the hotel itself 😔
Everything is falling apart, the AC doesn’t work very well, they have no safe in the room, everything is old and rundown .

I don’t regret have come here because the view is extremely good !!!
Would I come back here?
probably no, but if you have never been here, I strongly suggest you to do it at least once, JUST FOR THE VIEW!!!"

Elí-hu

"They told us a room with a view was available but then the manager came along & said they were actually sold out so we had to get a room without a view & no compensation for that. Regardless of that though the views there are so beautiful & the vibes there at night are so fun. No one told us that when it's night time/the days of the diving show here the vendors come out. You won't have to leave this area if you don't want too because everything is here from food, snacks, sweets, and knick knacks."
