"I had a slip and fall accident with my baby in my hand at the Seven Eleven store in 2024 while I was on vacation, due to a lack of warning signs for a wet floor. they covered my initial hospital expenses and got medications for me. When I received the medications they were not the ones that were prescribed for me. I've been dealing with a long and frustrating process trying to get compensation for my injuries and other related costs. As a result of the accident, I'm still struggling with limited mobility in my right hand and can't use it as I did before. The incident also caused me to miss my flight back home and disrupted my entire trip. Despite multiple follow-ups with the phone number that was given I've been met with silence and passed around in circles. It's disappointing that a company wouldn't take more responsibility for customer safety and well-being. I hope my experience can serve as a warning to others to be cautious when visiting this store."😭😭"
